You are a size of a Papaya….Momma says you love to Rock -N-Roll to Jimmie Henrix…..lol Great music! You are moving around alot, I really haven’t felt you yet, you are pretty passive when I am around!
We all had a wonderful day& evening shopping for supplies to finish your mom and dad’s pregnancy announcements! Then home to some good french bread hamburgers, cauliflower and crisp salad with good salad fixin’s ummmm …they were yummy!- waiting for today to have another ultrasound and this time it would be for certain the sex….Ian, the ultrasound technician, was correct….a GIRL, a Girl named Lola! What a huge laugh we all had when you were being pictured during the ultrasound and you had a BIG yawn…. so sweet, so very sweet! Hello, our baby girl, we are so excited to meet YOU!!
You are measuring to be around 23 1/2 weeks….but Ian said to stay with the original due date of August 24, 2012! Meet with the doctor to go over the ultrasound findings and all seems to be doing very well! Yeah! Huge relieve for everyone. Last visit mom was told that an enzyme was high on one test that could link her to have the possibility of having preclampseia which is NOT good!
Some of the other things that Ian share about you to day was that your heart rate is 143 which is normal, your foot length measures 4 cm, we saw you little foot print and all your toes and you weigh 1 1/4 lb. You are doing very well!
Working hard on finishing your Valance. Started working on your dust skirt.
I purchased a new sewing machine from Sears! I am so excited to learn about all the stitches and features of the machine. It is sewing so much better than the one I got at Costco! I have pinned so many sewing projects for you! I am finishing up the burp cloths and wash cloths, next is to embellish onesies and I am going to start on sleep sacks! I picked up a couple from Carter’s but I think it would be cute to sew up a few and then coordinate them with the embellished onesies!
My mother, your great grandmother, Iola Winifred Maraist, started this cross stitching. During my last visit with her in April of 2010, she gave me this and told me to finish it for either of the girls to have a child first. It is with honor that I finish this cross stitch and frame it and give it to you, Lola Mae Andreas, in honor of your great-grandmother Maraist, a.k.a. MaMa
